Overview
3 DAY WILDLIFE EXPERIENCE MURCHISON FALLS trip brings you to Murchison falls national, known for Murchison Falls and as the country's largest protected area, where the Victoria Nile River surges through a narrow gap over a massive drop. Park wildlife includes elephants and hippos, and there are chimpanzees in the Kaniyo Pabidi mahogany forest. The vegetation is characterized by savannah, riverine forest and woodland. Wildlife includes lions, leopards, elephants, giraffes, hartebeests, oribis, Uganda kobs, chimpanzees, and many bird species.
The Lake Albert Delta is home to rare shoebill storks, the major's activities include Game drives, birding excursions, hikes, and nature walks, which are some of the adventures to engage in while at the park.
Day 1: Kampala Murchison Falls National Park
Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park. On our way, we visit the Rhinos in Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. In Murchison Falls we visit the top of the falls. Dinner and overnight at the lodge
Distance: 305 km (about 6 hours)

Day 2: Murchison Falls National Park
Today, experience the morning game drive in this savannah national park and expect some of the animals like elephants, buffalos, giraffes, waterbucks, oribis, bushbucks, among others if lucky lions, spotted hyenas and leopards. In the afternoon, take a 3 hours boat cruise on Victoria Nile to the base of Murchison Falls. Expect to encounter some of the animals like hippos, crocodiles, variety of waterbird species. Optional activity: Hiking to the Top of the falls

Day 3: Murchison Falls National Park - Kampala
After breakfast, depart the National Park heading southwest along the Lake Albert and Rift Valley escarpment, with breathtaking panoramic sceneries, visit the Old Fort Butiaba and arrive at Hoima the capital town of Bunyoro kingdom, one of the oldest in Uganda. Later transfer back to Kampala.
Note: Accommodations shall be based on client selection (luxury, Medium or low budget. All lodges have self-contained rooms and are selected as per the interest of the client.
