6 DAYS UGANDA GORILLA SAFARIS

Summary of the trip: the 6 day trip brings you the Uganda Gorilla safari; Expect to see the most interesting animals of the savannahs: lion, elephant, buffalo, giraffe, hippo, and leopard) and gorillas 
The safari brings you to famous national parks of Western Uganda:  Queen Elizabeth National and Park, Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Day 1: Entebbe

On your arrival at Entebbe International Airport in Uganda you will be welcomed by our representative and transferred you for overnight stay 
Distance: 10km (15 minutes’ drive)
Medium accommodation: Boma Entebbe / Karibu (BB)
High accommodation: No 5 Boutique Hotel / Marriott Entebbe (BB)

Day 2: Entebbe – Queen Elizabeth   National Park

After your breakfast, we drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park .On our way, we pass on the equator famous for photos. Dinner and overnight your Lodge on full board 

Distance:  420 km (about 7hours)
Medium range accommodation: Bush lodge / Kasenyi Game lodge (FB)
High range accommodation: Mweya safari Lodge/ Kyambura game lodge (FB)

Day 3: Queen Elizabeth National Park (Mweya sector)

Early morning game drives experience in  the national park, with aim of seeing animal like  elephants, buffaloes, spotted hyenas, waterbucks, Ugandan kobs, and if lucky  lion and leopard . In the afternoon, take the most exciting 2 hours boat cruise on Kazinga channel, one of the most popular sites in Uganda for its concentration of wildlife and bird.

Day 4: Queen Elizabeth National Park - Bwindi

Drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park the home of the mountain Gorilla. Accommodation for your overnight will depends on the permit location in Bwindi (FB)
Distance:  180 km to Buhoma sector (about 5hours)/ 260 km (about 7hours)
Medium accommodation: Haven Buhoma / Rushaga Gorilla lodge / Ichumbi lodge (FB)
High accommodation: / Mahogany spring / Buhoma lodge/ Leisure Gorilla (FB)
Top end accommodation:  Gorilla Forest Camp/ Cloud lodge (on request)

Day 5: Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Today, the activity starts at 8am and you will follow the ranger guides in a group of maximum eight people as you search for the habituated family of mountain gorillas, which was allocated according to the permits. Bwindi forest in Uganda has a population of about 370 gorillas, which is half the world population according to 2007 gorilla population surveys. It is not predictable the time you will spend to encounter the gorillas.

Day 6: Bwindi –Kampala or Entebbe

after your early breakfast, we drive return to Kampala or Entebbe with lunch stop on the way. Depending on your flight schedule, transfer to Entebbe for your departure flight. 
Distance:  550 km (about 10hours)
